"Pennsy Out from Under the Wire"
The Pennsy heritage ALP leads YH-99 eastbound on the Meadowlands Line this afternoon in a rare appearance on diesel territory. The consist was brought to the Meadowlands Line to test the PTC between Berry and Stadium Interlockings.
