| After a day of switching, the Dubuque local L586 is now tied down for the day. The power and cars are setup for the afternoon L565 local to depart for Manchester. A pair of SD60's is holding down the duties for the west local back in 2019. Couple CP SD9043's are sitting in the interchange tracks at Dubuque. The units are on their way to Progressive Rail in Kentucky for rebuilding. These 2 particular units are in limbo status as CN has not accepted them for transit and are waiting for CP to repair. An unusual Halloween snow storm dumps around 3-5 inches.
