Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Rotary OY breaks through the snowbank at the County Road 445 grade crossing at Dalton, New Mexico, on February 29, 2020. The rotary was operated by the C&TS for railroad photographers to kick off their 50th anniversary celebration.
