| Santa Fe U23B 6301 is leading a westbound struggling up Edelstein Hill. Of the Conrail power trailing the U23B wasn't running and looks to have a road mechanic on the walkway working in the area of the fuel pump. The other Conrail unit is a former Reading GP35. |
