On February 13,2020 CSX K42911 was hit by a mudslide in Eastern Pike County, the lead motor #168 went nose first into the Levisa Fork while the other 384 and 571 went ablaze along with a few of the tank cars. The crew managed to only have minor injuries. This is what's left of # 571 which along with the other 2 is awaiting scraping on site.
