| NS 25W (Sundays) is westbound on Track #1. The NS Lehigh Line Dispatcher was determining how to handle the train as the lead engine, NS 8028, was having PTC and cab signal issues since departing from its initial terminal. The second unit is NS 9507 (C44-9W). |
