Burlington Northern EMD SD70MAC No. 9692 leads a southbound coal train through Mayne, Colorado, on May 20, 1999. The rear of the train has just cleared the south switch of the siding at Mayne, and the train has about twenty-seven miles to go until the crew change at Trinidad.
