Late in the “blue hour” of January 25, 2020, a BNSF freight churns westbound in the light rain past a frozen Frog Pond just west of Trout Creek, Montana. Moisture-laden air thick with fog off the open waters of nearby Clark Fork glows in the headlights as the tonnage rolls west on Montana Rail Link’s Fourth Subdivision.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
