A dreary, cold, wet evening graces the PM rush hour as 2 Orange Line trainsets wait to depart Oak Grove back into the city. While other portions of New England received snow and ice from this storm, the Boston area received mostly rain with a smattering of sleet. Probably for the best that it happened right before New Year's, as there were far fewer commuters out on this evening.
The MBTA is very dear to me. The first trains I ever rode as a toddle to teenager were those of the "T" Here is a collection of MBTA Subway and trolley I have found on RP from the 60's thru today.
