Remarks & Notes

Orphaned by the Milwaukee Road out in the Puget Sound Region when service was cut on March 15, 1980, SW1 no. 878 left Milwaukee's roster and was sold to Weyerhaeuser Co. This photo was taken 4 months after Milwaukee left, but the unit may have been sold in 1977 or earlier.
