Westbound Norfolk Southern train 69V is stopped just east of the East 9th Street crossing in Big Stone Gap, Virginia while waiting to receive permission to enter the Andover Yard limits. NS 69V is an empty aggregate train with a gondola tucked in behind the locomotives.
