In a move rarely seen, NS 21M crosses over from track 2 to track 1 at CP-Altoona as it heads westbound up the East Slope of the NS Pittsburgh Line. Due to the derailment of NS 35A at Horseshoe Curve ahead, the dispatcher has to run all traffic on track 1 as tracks 2 and 3 are blocked.
