| April of 2003, stepping off the NS mainline, the GS&F District we've paused for a Stop & Flag at Sparks, Georgia with GF87 on the return trip back to Albany from Valdosta. Power at the time was mostly a pair of former Southern Railway/NS chop nosed B23-7s. The majority of the train is empty 50' insulated cars heading back to the Miller Brewery at Albany. (Slide Scan) |
