As the bottom fallout, haulage rights train NS 202 (CSX Z601-12) lean into the curve on the main 2 track as the train continues to make the descend down Raccoon Mountain for Chattanooga, TN. Mountain railroading on this section of railroad in the elements can be quite interesting at times with a combination of gravity, and precipitation, trains that normally make up hill are often times put to the test to keep the tonnage moving at a safe manner without stalling. NS 202 didn't have any issues today what so ever as the intermodal freight had enough horse power to make the run up and over the mountain.
