| An absolutely spectacular spot on the Kingsport Sub is this location called Skaggs. This spot is in a remote part of the Breaks Interstate Park, and was accessed by a long walk. Here we have a Northbound Q693 rolling over the Russell Fork River on a beautiful evening. The train can be hardly heard over the sound of water beating against the rocks. The train will soon be passing the south end of Towers Siding at MP 6.9. The Clinchfield Railroad built thru some rugged trackage to reach Elkhorn City. Would of been awesome to seen it back in its hay day!
