NYS&W WS-X descends the last few miles Sparta Mountain through Riverdale, NJ, with two leased GP38-2s from Norfolk Southern and CSX. The Pequanock River is the dividing line between the railroad ROW and downtown Bloomingdale, which can be seen in the background.
