| My first encounter with the uniquely built SD40-3 was when CSX 4030 was leading the northbound CSX Q582-22 (Atlanta,GA-Nashville,TN) through Dalton, GA on the CSX Western & Atlantic Sub. Well my first impression to the new and improve SD was "That was neat!" a much better comment than what other railfan's had to say bout it at that time. |
