“Capitol Limited Overwatch”
With a 09:38 scheduled arrival at Cumberland, the Capitol Limited (Amtrak 30) is running within minutes of advertised, descending the east slope of Sand Patch on No. 2 Main, at the Foley crossovers at 09:01 on October 23, 1988. An F40PH duo (211, 296) is keeping the train on schedule.
