Remarks & Notes

NS 243 rolls over Walnut Avenue on a cold Saturday morning. 243 is one of the newest trains on the NS system. It runs 3-4 times a week to serve the new rail facility at the Global Container Terminal in Bayonne. This is a westbound train that runs from Bayonne to Harrisburg. The eastbound counterpart is NS 242.
