On January 19 and 20, a major winter storm dumped as much as 2 feet of new snow across the Green Mountain Railroad's Bellows Falls Subdivision. Vermont Rail System responded to the storm by dispatching the GMRC Russell Plow, X106, with GMTX GP38-3 2684 shoving from Rutland to Bellows Falls, Vermont. The plow is adjacent to Route 103 in Mt. Holly, Vermont, during its plowing duties.
