UP 4141, the locomotive that pulled the funeral train for former President George H.W. Bush is on a tour of the Union Pacific system and is shown trailing 1943 on train MPRAS. The SD70ACe, features a paint scheme which mimics Air Force One.
Members of the Mt. Hope-Funks Grove Fire Protection District worked with the photographer to pose fire apparatus with the two specially painted units.
A very professional relief crew is moving the train South to St. Louis, the next UP terminal where the unit will be displayed for employees and their families.

Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
