The sun is having a hard time coming out this morning, as Amtrak No. 27 the Portland Section of the Westbound Empire Builder rolls along the Columbia River. Salmon Fishermen are set up at the entrance to Drano Lake in hopes of hooking up with a great tasting Chinook Salmon.
