The Anthracite Railway, like its parent Octoraro Railway, used mostly patched or unpatched used equipment on its operations of the former Reading P&C branch between Pottstown and Boyertown, as well as the former Reading Perkiomen Branch between Emmaus Junction and Pennsburg, Pennsylvania.
