On a charter trip from Berne via Lyss-Biel the RAe TEE II # 1053 reached Neuchâtel some minutes ago. The train changed direction here and is now ready for departure back to Berne via Kerzers. This elegant trainset, capable for the 4 europeen overhead wire tensions/systems, was built in 1961 and is owned by SBB Historic nowadays.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
