The daily Raritan Center job RC-1 shoves down the Northfield lead. These cars were just picked up from the Conrail interchange in Metuchen yard. The loaded cars will be dropped off on the lead and then will get switched out later in the morning by the RC-2 crew. Lead engine 2244 is sporting its brand new paint job and reporting marks. This engine was built for ATSF and then was re-lettered to BNSF after the merger. It was then sold to lease company LTEX. After many years of lease service, RC finally purchased the engine and repainted it.
