| An uncommon sight takes place on this quiet, Southern California evening as BNSF 5469 rests at the bumper of Track 5 of Los Angeles Union Station. Leased by Metrolink while their cabcar's pilots were corrected following the deadly accident in Oxnard involving Metrolink 102, the 5469 and many sister units would serve on trains throughout Metrolink's system for almost a year before finally returning to home rails. |
