Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) PCC streetcar No. 3254 has just arrived at Mattapan station on September 12, 2003. This car was built by Pullman-Standard in 1946 for the Boston Elevated Railway. A roster of vintage vintage PCC streetcars still operate on the 2.6-mile Ashmont to Mattapan “High Speed Line.”
The MBTA is very dear to me. The first trains I ever rode as a toddle to teenager were those of the "T" Here is a collection of MBTA Subway and trolley I have found on RP from the 60's thru today.
