In Need of a Tow: EMD GP38H-3 approaches New Brunswick Station with a Keystone Service set during the evening rush on Friday the 13th. This set had been Train 649, however it became disabled near Elmora Interlocking in Elizabeth, NJ and unable to proceed under its own power. As a result, the set had to be hauled to Philadelphia with this non-revenue diesel.
