Montana Rail Link’s 844 local drops downgrade on the Harrison Branch on June 27, 2016. The 9.5-mile branch out of Sappington, Montana, features a 2.2% mountain grade—and the six-car local is led by non-dynamic brake GP9 No. 115—which certainly isn’t helping the situation.
