Four wheel electric rack locomotive No.12 pushes another load of tourists slowly up the hill out of Breitlauenen, with Interlaken and Lake Thun behind. No.12 has operated on the SPB its entire life, and operated the first electric test run on the line in 1913. It is currently presented in the condition and livery that it wore at that time.
