NS U51 crosses over Powell River at Blackwood on the ex-Interstate Railroad's Appalachia-Norton main. The crew will make a right hand turn at Kent Junction, located a short distance ahead, and follow the ex-IRR's Pardee Branch and Pine Branch to the small loader at Roaring Fork to place its empties and gather the loads.
