Passing the 175-year old Merwinsville Depot and Hotel, the Housatonic Railroad's NX-13 road job begins it's trek into the town of New Milford, Connecticut with EMD GP35M #3600 and GP35 #3604 leading the short train. The four boxcars in tow are loads for Kimberly-Clark in New Millford, upon dropping them off at the paper mill, the power will run light to Depot and collect a cut of cars that NX-10 brought off the Maybrook Line earlier in the day and take them north to Canaan for the following day's NX-12 to Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
