Snowed in at Hope, BC, SD40-2W CN 5318 and mate wait out the (US) Presidents weekend blizzard that covered southwestern BC and western Washington. Traffic would soon start moving again, but for about 36 hours, the Fraser Canyon was a mess including rail and road closures.
