Almost nothing here remains as is was when this was taken. NS SD60s 6620 and 6598 have since been rebuilt in SD60Es 7022 and 7009, respectively, and the line has been double tracked. Out of frame, the road crossing has been removed and the old Southern signals have been replaced. Only the Lutheran Chapel Church seems to have withstood the test of time.
