Old and the New. Shiny new rebuilt power leads an intermodal train past a historic caboose built and owned by the Southern and now part of the Hub City Railroad Museum in Spartanburg, SC. This caboose reportedly was made in the Hayne Car Shops in Spartanburg in 1947 out of an old box car, spent much of its life in and around Nashville, TN, then was restored for display at its current location.
