In late fall each year, Mother Nature decorates the mountains surrounding Kent Junction by a spectacular display of rust colored oak trees. Engineer C. R. Thomas will make a turn to the right, exit the Pardee Branch and return along the ex-Interstate Railroad's Appalachia-Norton main line to Appalachia.
