Westmoreland Coal's Dump Train shoves past the idled Osaka No. 2 tipple, located a short distance north of the Virginia Coal & Iron (VC&I) Company's original Stonega operation. The Dump Train will unload at Wentz, located about a mile past the Osaka No. 2 complex.
