| The sanding facilities at Delaware & Hudson’s East Binghamton engine terminal are hosting some of the usual suspects, in the form of D&H GP38-2 7320 and D&H C420 410. Also present are some relative newcomers, a pair of ex-Illinois Terminal/Norfolk Southern SD39’s in an uninspired Guilford patched scheme. |
