The Ringling Brothers circus train (I don’t recall which unit) threads its way through the crossovers at Wyomissing Junction, Pennsylvania. The train is headed for the Reading Belt line via Valley Junction, and will ultimately end up in Philadelphia for a two week engagement. Conrail usually managed to put clean units in the point of the Circus train. A month ago, I witnessed three different circus train movements on CSX in North Carolina. The units that CSX assigned had not seen a paint shop or a wash rack in quite a while.
