| The Marceline Sub in the northern part of Missouri is anything but flat. The state has many creeks and rivers this busy mainline dips and dives over. Like the sag between Hurdland and Gibbs over the Salt River. A westbound auto train out of Blue Island bound for Pearland, TX, is hammering away at the 3 mile grade into Gibbs. Seen here from the sky passing under this old wooden overpass near MP 305. |
