| On a miserable winter morning this is ex Queensland Railway Class 1720 Clyde GL18C Co-Co, 1768D, shortly after being craned off the "Clipper Amber" and secured on a flatbed trailer ready for the long road journey to Pretoria. 1768D was part of a consignment of ex QR National locomotives that were imported / shipped to South Africa in June 2012 for various private rail companies, including RRL Grindrod South Africa and AR & TS. |
