| Were C&O meets L&N with B&O CPL's? A lite power move most likely coming out of Russell tucks under the B&O CPL's at KC Junction that protects the C&O Russell Mainline to the L&N CC Subdivision. From here the milepost reflects off the C&O Russell Mainline for the remaining few miles into Cincinnati. |
