From the ground level - Pan Am Railway's OCS-18 is seen passing from Pan Am Railway rails onto the Canadian Pacific Railway Freight Main Line at Mechanicville, NY with PAR FP9As PAR-1 and PAR-2 leading the now 3-car train - debuting the completed ex-Wabash dome, ST 102!
