Remarks & Notes
NORMAN OK January 1975 — Amtrak SDP40F 519 rolls south on the Lone Star. The train, formerly known as the Texas Chief, is approaching the Indian Hills Road crossing between Norman and Moore. Santa Fe required that Amtrak no longer call the train the Texas Chief because of what Santa Fe said was a reduction in quality of service.
