Leading is tools vehicle Xtmas 9177 # 011, followed by tank car Xans 9375 # 011, then the two rescue units Xtmas 9174 # 021 and # 011. Such trains are based in Erstfeld and Biasca, protecting the Gotthard mountain line and the base tunnel, including approach lines.
