Like sauerkraut? Amtrak Hiawatha #340 passes appropriately named Kraut Road on a beautiful June evening. The facilities in the foreground were once home to Franks Kraut, one of the largest sauerkraut factories in the USA. Unfortunately, only a few carloads are loaded here now as the plant is now a vegetable warehouse.
