A very unique view is a Re 6/6 locomotive, pulling a passenger train! Decades ago, this was daily business on the Gotthard line, but since january 2003 this six axle 10600 HP "powerhouses" are strictly in the freight service. For a charter train of the Federal Office of Transport (FOT/BAV) from Olten to Bellinzona, the Re 6/6 # 11663 with the blazon of Eglisau was ordered. The train had 6 first class Apm61 cars and a "Salon deluxe" parlor car in the middle. Here we can see this rather special composition on the uppermost level of the loops at Wassen on the Gotthard north ramp.
