| As the storm clears after dumping nearly 25" of snow and ice across Norfolk Southern's Lower Clinch Valley District of the Pocahontas Division, coal loads are on their way east to Lambert's Point for export once again...looking more like loads of snow to be shipped than "Black Diamonds". Seen here, the snow-capped coal loads inch along the Clinch River on approach to Old Castlewood and the site of the former NW Castlewood Depot and Freight Station. |
