WSOR 3928 has a cab full of people as it makes the first run of train L243 over the recently rehabbed line to Sheboygan Falls on an absolutely gorgeous November day. This was part of an original C&NW line from Sheboygan to Fond Du Lac that had been out of service for almost 30 years!
