Looking rather incomplete, AT&SF Pacific #1316 waits quietly in the yard at Rusk. Her new boiler is on site, but an engineering oversight means it will need rebuilt before it even has its first fire lit. I understand the State just appropriated funding for this locomotive, so its rebuild may begin soon.
